Mary-Kate and Ashley know their fans (here a mish-mash of squealing future hipsters, most destined to shriek their way into MTV audiences a few years from now), and since "real girls care only about two things--great clothes and cute boys," they promptly pass the mike to the show's official co-hosts, two guys who starred in their Winning London film. Once the audience gives it up for Gotti 13, a wafer-thin rock band brought in to blast the crowd with banal guitar riffs and inane lyrics, the strutting begins. Sportswear, sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories, all fittingly sassy-sweet, sashay down the runway on a gaggle of overconfident preteen beauty queens. And that's about it. Mary-Kate and Ashley steal nary a scene, forcing their fans front-and-center instead. It's an interesting concept, but one that works only where it's supposed to--on continuous loop in Wal-Mart stores. For all but a handful of scary Olsen disciples, the money's better spent on one of their cute beaded bags. --Tammy La Gorce
